This project is located at 1301 Pinole Valley Road, California. Located on Pinole Valley Road between Henry Rd and Interstate 80 the new 62,000 square feet, two story, medical office facility will bring Kaiser member’s a new pharmacy, pediatrics, and much more while preserving Pinole’s history. Karn & Associate’s duties for this project consist of planning a Master Grading and Utility Plan, with Hydraulic Calculations, Details, Cross Sections and General Notes. In addition, Quantity and Cost Estimate for the civil engineering portion of the project and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be prepared. With the renovation and construction of Pinole Valley Shopping Center project and this project, the City of Pinole decided on Karn & Associates to produce the Improvement Plans for Pinole Valley Rd, one of the City of Pinole’s main entrance roads.
