walmartRobert A. Karn & Associates, has prepared Site Feasibility studies, Preliminary Cost Estimates and Agency fee analysis for several shopping centers. Also, provided Client representation at various public hearing forums throughout the project entitlement process. In addition, prepared all on-site Civil Engineering drawings including Grading, Utilities, Erosion Control, Signing and Striping; all Off-Site Street Improvements, Landscape and Irrigation Plans, and all ALTA Surveys and Parcel Mapping required for construction of these commercial centers. Performed agency processing for all Governmental Entitlement, CEQA process, and all site and building design approvals.
